Please review these topics about registration before submitting an application form.
You may complete a registration application for up to two campers. Just fill out the form and when finished, click the Submit button to send in your application. You’ll receive an email acknowledging that we received your submission. The camper(s) will receive an email with the responses from the form.
If there are more than two campers, come back to this page and submit an additional application form.
Registration options and fees are on the application form. Adult onsite dorms and rooms registration is $445. Tent camping, RV/Car camping, or offisite registration is $415. Youth registration: under 30 – $345, teen 10 to 18 – $120, and children 2 to 9 – $90.
If you have a special case or situation, contact the Registrar to discuss.
After you submit the registration application, you can pay “offline” by mailing a check or submitting Zelle payment. There is also an option to make an immediate payment online. When payment is received, you will receive a separate email notification within a week with your registration status (e.g. confirmed, on waiting list, etc).
Remember, your registration application is not complete until we receive all monies due.
Registration applications are processed on a first-come-first-served based on when payment is received. Once camp fills, incoming applications will be put on our waiting list and your payment will be refunded if we can’t get you into camp.

Cancellations of confirmed registrations are subject to a cancellation fee. Up through July 31, the fee is $35. From August 1 to August 23, the fee is $150. After August 23, your entire admission may be forfeited.
PCDC members may be eligible for a $100 grant. See details on the application form on the PCDC website.
All campers are expected to sign up for simple volunteer “chore” tasks. In addition, a very LIMITED number of work-trade positions are available for people helping out with more essential camp jobs (mostly set-up before or tear-down after camp). Work-traders receive a $75 discount off their camp fee. If you are interested contact the Registrar for details.
Be sure you have read and understand our Covid considerations. This year’s camp will be mask-optional. Should the COVID situation require us to change these, confirmed registrants will be notified by email, along with the option to cancel their registration without a penalty.
